This is the Wix Filters 33358 fuel filter designed as an OE-replacement **spin-on secondary/fine fuel filter** for heavy duty engines in agricultural, construction, mining, and industrial equipment applications. It filters diesel fuel to prevent contaminants such as dirt, rust, scale, and water from damaging the fuel injection system.
It is constructed with an **enhanced cellulose media** having a nominal rating of **10 microns**, built into a corrosion-resistant metal can with top thread size **M16×1.5 mm**. The filter’s critical dimensions include a height of approximately **120 mm** and an outer diameter of approximately **77 mm**, with a bottom diameter shoulder around **70 mm**, and inner diameter of about **60 mm** on the gasket seal section.
The 33358 provides reliable performance in tough environments with high flow capacity, long service life, and excellent burst strength (rated about **300 PSI**).
